RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because many Influence Over Authority products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect color selection
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Ordering the wrong item

Please review all product descriptions, photos, and size charts carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

STICKERS, FLAGS, AND OTHER MERCHANDISE

Unused merchandise may only be eligible for return if specifically approved by Influence Over Authority. Items that have been used, applied, worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.

MADE-TO-ORDER APPAREL

Apparel is produced specifically for each order. For this reason, apparel cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing preference or change of mind.

Please review the provided size chart before ordering.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Influence Over Authority reserves the right to review return and refund requests individually.
