Some Influence Over Authority products are made to order. Processing and production times may vary depending on the product.

Please allow time for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment in addition to the estimated shipping time shown at checkout.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and may arrive in multiple packages.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by the shipping carrier, holidays, weather, production delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is received.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
